Q: Are these items new or used?
A: We have both new (locally, handmade) items and used (some of which are never worn and some are gently worn). Each item page will let you know the condition of the item.
Q: Where do these items come from?
A: We buy from local sellers and we make items in our home studio.
Q: How do I sell you my items?
A: Please visit the Sell page for details on how to sell us your items.
Q: What is your return and exchange policy?
A: We do not accept returns, all sales are final. If you believe you should receive a refund please email us at fatbabesto@gmail.com with your order information and we will make it right!
Q: Do you have a physical brick and mortar location?
A: Not at this time. We operate out of our home studio. For appointments email us at fatbabesto@gmail.com.
Q: Do you offer local pickup?
A: Yes, we offer both shipping and local pickup from our East Toronto headquarters.
Q: When will my order ship?
A: We ship items within 3 business days and will send out an email with your shipping info once your order has shipped.
Q: Do you ship worldwide?
A: Yes, we are able to ship to many international locations. Please note: orders shipped outside of Canada may incur customs and duty fees. The customer is responsible for those fees.
